Zero-Tolerance Safety Zones

Designate schools, parks, shopping areas, and subways as Zero-Tolerance Zones, including for shoplifting. Increase patrols, enforce tougher penalties, improve lighting, expand camera coverage and monitoring to protect families and deter crime.

Fix Our Subways and Public Spaces

Deploy NYPD officers and trained social workers in every subway station and public spaces to remove violent offenders and the mentally ill. Aggressively enforce fare payment on the subways to stop the flow of weapons and crime into our transit system.

Protect Women, Seniors and Vulnerable Riders

Crack down on harassment, assaults, and hate crimes with stronger enforcement and tougher penalties, especially in transit and other public spaces.

Neighborhood Patrol and Community Watch

Partner with civic groups and retired officers to launch local patrols that work alongside the NYPD. Strengthen safety and build community trust without added taxpayer cost.

Combat Auto and Package Theft

Establish an aggressive crime task force focused on auto break-ins, catalytic converter theft, and organized package theft rings targeting our neighborhoods.

Deport Violent Criminals

Work with the Trump administration to identify and deport violent non-citizen criminals who threaten the safety of our communities. New Yorkers deserve to feel safe, and that starts with removing repeat offenders who have no legal right to be here.

Protect Pedestrians and Improve Traffic Safety

Enhance crosswalk visibility, enforce traffic laws, and penalize reckless drivers to reduce injuries and fatalities. Cut red tape on street permits, improve traffic signal timing, and use smart systems to reduce congestion and end dangerous gridlock, instead of taxing everyday New Yorkers via Congestion Pricing.

Back the NYPD

Fight to restore qualified immunity for our police officers and support them in doing their jobs. I will fight back against the disastrous bail reform laws and other pro-criminal policies that have made our subways and streets less safe. Enough is enough.

Hire and Retain More Police Officers

Support a major recruitment push to hire more NYPD officers and ensure they are deployed where they’re needed most. There should be no debate, we need more cops on the beat, in the subways, and in our neighborhoods to keep our city safe. We should work to retain our most experienced officers by making sure they get the compensation and respect they deserve.
